Anti Bullying Week

1st November 2016
What a week in Hillcrest!

As one of our KEY DRIVERS Hillcrest wants to celebrate Emotional Health & Wellbeing.

As part of anti-bullying week the whole school were involved in the drive to show that bullying and hate crime is not part of our school or local community.

How we decided to celebrate diversity in Hillcrest:
  • Wore blue in support of the anti-bulling campaign
  • Used our Focus sessions to explore the themes of anti-bullying
  • Had a range of visitors in running workshops and delivering assemblies
  • The School Council ran a fair with information about silent voices and had wrist bands for everyone
  • We had a poster competition
The whole week was incredibly successful and we have decided to continue our good work.....watch this space for our next campaign!
